Harvel believes in going a step ahead to serve the farm community. We have a full fledged CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ) division to understand the needs and requirements of our customers. As a part of the CRM Module, a group of trained professionals get in touch with the end customers to understand any product or process oriented needs. They identify these needs and communicate the same to the divisional heads/ the area in charge so as to fill any gaps in our sales and service.
Furthermore, we organize Crop Seminars and Farmer meetings periodically to augment the knowledge of the farmers on the crop specific technology and technological innovations in the micro irrigation sector.
